Diwali gift : Association efforts payed off as rent

For the Association for the Welfare of WTC Investors, our top priority has always been to re-establish the long-pending monthly rentals and maintain a positive relationship with the current tenant to ensure smooth and consistent disbursal of rent. On 13th October 2025, in the presence of all core team members, the Trustees of RSK Professionals, and our tenant BPL in Delhi, we accomplished what many believed was nearly impossible: we successfully re-executed the lease deed, enabling the disbursal of rentals from April to October. As promised to every member of our group, we ensured that the pending rentals were credited to the accounts of all investors before Diwali, adding joy and relief to the festive season. This milestone not only reinforces our commitment but also demonstrates the power of collective effort and determined leadership.
