How it Started

We all know how much each of us has invested—financially and emotionally—in the real estate projects proposed by Spiretech/WTC Noida. We entered these projects with the hope of securing a strong return on our hard-earned money, and we trusted the developer to fulfil their commitments. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the properties, rentals, or transparency we were promised, we have faced delays, broken assurances, and a complete lack of accountability.

Many of us tried to raise our concerns individually, only to realise that the developer’s influence and use of our own funds against us made it nearly impossible for a single person to be heard. But over time, one truth has become clear: standing alone makes us vulnerable—standing together makes us powerful.

This is why the Association for Welfare of WTC Investors was formed.
It brings every investor under one united roof—strong, organised, and determined. The association has been created by committed fellow investors just like you: individuals who stepped forward with leadership, courage, and a shared vision to fight for justice for all.
